B4J Question Websockets comming to B4A as well

I'm planning to write something using websockets running both on Java as on Android. Henc emy question: do you intend to implement a websockets on B4A as well ?

B4J web app framework (based on web sockets) is designed to work with browsers.

I do plan to create support for client web sockets in the future, though you probably implement your solution with regular sockets instead. The main advantage of WebSocket is that it allows you to create a regular socket connection from the browser.

What I meant to ask was: B4A also has a webserver implementation (not 100% compatible with the B4J version); I was wondering if the websockets implementation is also comming to the webserver of B4A.

I see. Currently it is not planned.

The B4J implementation is much more powerful than B4A HttpServer library.
