iOS Question webview.LoadHtml does not show google translate

When the web page is run as "WebView5.LoadUrl(target0) it works fine (it shows google translate)
when the web page is run as "WebView5.LoadHtml(results_text) it fails...does not show google translate.
Note: the other parts of the pages work the same.

I don't think that you can add Google Translate widget to a local html. My guess is that their servers need to be able to access the url.
