Android Question Webview with full permissions.

Hello! How i can use webview as standart browser with all perrmissions?
Need use html5 (camera, geoposition) and file uploading.
It's a possible (SDK 28)?
Any examples with all of this permissions (camera, geo, uploading in one ))?

1. No such thing "SDK28".
2. The less you use WebView the better.

Why not create a native app with camera and location features? Very simple.

It's need for mobile site in app.
Site use html5 camera and upload files for avatars.

2) Camera doesn't work. Only logo with "play icon". And file doesn't selected in upload form...

1) It's ok, but i can't use html5 camera
