Android Question WebView with Javascript/jquery

Hi All,

Developing an android web view application for the web application http://sctcheck.jayakailas.com.
When Deleting an entry in the partymaster, getting delete confirmation along with QUOTED text as below. Just i want only delete confirmation. But in the web application it is showing only delete confirmation.
How to remove/replace with Application Name.

The Page at "http://sctcheck.jayakailas.com" says:
