Android Question WebViewExtras2 issue

I tried this library WebViewExtras2

checked permission sample provided

Tested sample on my device but did not get any prompt for usermedia access.
Tried this URL: https://jeromeetienne.github.io/AR.js/three.js/examples/mobile-performance.html
and I get this message: navigator.mediaDevices.enumerateDevices not present

Any help?
