Weird bug: empty .b4a file

I have a strange bug. I often get an empty b4a file when saving, so I cannot load the project again and I have to restore from a backup and paste changed code. All other files are unaffected. System is Windows 7 Professinal and user has full admin rights.

Make sure to save your project in a non-restricted folder (like under My Documents).

No error messages. Just the file is emptied for no apparent reason and stays empty even if I save it. I did have it in My documents and because of the problem moved it to a new folder under c:\ with full rights but to no avail. I still get an empty file. I tried on a laptop too, but the same thing happens. The laptop also runs Windows 7, Ultimate edition and again the user has full administrative rights.

Update: When pressing the save icon nothing appeared. I tried using File / Save and this error appeared:


An error occurred.

Error saving file. File may be corrupted. Try to save again.
It is recommended to copy the code to a text file before closing the IDE:
