Android Question What are stan.jar and opt.jar

what are those files in Object\bin\extra?
if deleted, stan.jar will be rebuilt, but opt.jar does not.
both of them weights more than the final apk of my app (3MB in 4MB total project)
can they be safely deleted for archiviation purposes?

thank you
as sometimes a simple copy of a whole directory is faster (and scriptable) for a backup, i was trying to trim down project content
