I want to create an android delivery/order app which the owner/admin can receive the order and can forward the order lists and details to the delivery boys through that app thanks

If they use a web programming language (PHP-ASP-JSP), the most recommended is that you do a WebServices or an API, you can call it from B4A

The other option is to use the jRDC2 middleware made in B4J as recommended.
