Yes, but don't buy those horrible "new" mac minis, they benchmark MUCH MUCH less than the previous (2012) models, including worse internals. Refurb is the way to go, especially for a quad core.

As a Mac is still required to develop with B4i, have you considered to port the B4i IDE to run natively on a Mac?
It looks redundant to me to need 2 computers running to develop on a third device...
