iOS Question What does "not possible to install apps signed with a store certificate" mean?

I have my Certificatefile and provisionfile download and defined in my app. In vs230, I received this error while trying to install my app to the dev device.

The app seemed to install, but I don't understand the Note message. Is this informational?

You need to use the development certificate when installing to device, not distribution cert

Yes. All is fine

That's correct. The compiler doesn't know which type of certificate you are using so it always adds this message in release mode.
