Android Question what is the best way for some in-app-help?

My apps seems to have still some UX-problems . After a while, when users got used to it, they are OK, but in the beginning they don't know what to do first and where to tab. So many apps have this in-app-tutorials. Some blinking arrows that are showing next steps and so on.

How do you this things? Is there a library for in-app-help, may be?

There is, as far as I knows, not a in-app-help solution. The design of the user-interface can help. You could use a menu which has a help section. The AppCompat with ToolBar - minimal example gives a modern lay-out, you can add and remove menu items to show the relevant help options for the current work area. I prefer the BCTextEngine / BBCodeView - Text engine + BBCode parser + Rich Text View. Its flexible and you can even include a button as part of the text.

I remember a library or class to that even highlight the button/menu... where you should touch, but I can't find it right now
