I have a user experiencing weird stuff. In trying to find the issue, I noticed an icon I hadn't seen before. Anyone know what this is?

I don't think it is bundled with Samsung.

It looks like a messaging or delivery app.

Since it is showing a notification on status bar, the user just need to slide down or tap on it to reveal the app.
