ALT + DOWN Down the line where the pointer finds a line down.
CTRL + DOWN He slides the side of the page down

You have clicked F2 that starts the dial-up connection to B4A Bidge and looks for the IP address of the device, usually the last used address, which it does not find

You should create an empty test project, smash your head on the keyboard and when you can reproduce it export the project and upload it here.

Very likely some keys combination do the same of when you press F2, as @Star-Dust wrote (the dialog is the same)
