B4J Question What software to use to 'see' mqtt broker activity?

While writing code that uses a mqtt broker it would be very useful to see the activity that takes place in the mqtt server
Connected users, the messages sent to the server, and those sent by the server to the connected clients
What program to use to monitor the activity of a mqtt broker?
