Android Question Whatsapp chatbot

Hi folks,
maybe that this section is wrong for this question but.....
I developed an app in B4A for to send whatsapp messages without any user iteration, with or without attachments, also to numbers not present in the address book.
This app works without whatsapp API, but use accessibility library.
Not for spam, not for unwanted messages, not for illegal things.

The question is: can I use and/or sell this app, or is a violation of the terms of use of whatsapp ?
I searched it in the pages of whatsapp web site, but I don't find any things

Yes, I have read it, but I don't want to publish on Google Play.
So ......
1) can I have problem with terms of Google ?
2) can I have problem with terms of Whatsapp ?
