iOS Question When Apple Developer is renewed what to do about apps on iStore

Hi All,

After we renew our Apple developer license what steps do we need to take to keep the apps already on istore valid. My assumptions are as follows:

1) Download new certs and provisioning files
2) Recompile all new ipa files and post back via itunes for review and acceptance

Is this correct or do those steps only apply to new apps not yet posted on istore?
