Android Question When I receive a call put in UNMUTE mode but still the ring is off

My application set mute to music and ring channel and when :
1 - the user start a Music the apk put to "unnmute" and works OK
2 - receive a call from Whatsapp put to "unmute" and works OK
3 - When receive a call the application set "unmute" but still the ring is off.

Attach an example, when you run click the button and the application set "Mute" .
You can see the label change "Mute" and "Unmute"

Why are you muting the ring channel? Wouldn't it be simpler to keep it unmuted all the time?

It is possible that the phone app checks the mute setting before your app unmutes the channel and doesn't ring.

Hi, I have two project that I will need voice recognition and to avoid the beep I have to mute the music and ring sound.
But I a call receive I´m trying to unmute but the it just vibrate.
I´m testing with Moto G6 Plus
