When someone asks you what programming language they should learn

As per title I don't believe we should ever simply answer with the language we prefer.

We should take the time to understand a person's goals and suggest a suitable solution.

For example when asked about the following scenarios here would be my answers...

Web front end - B4X
Web back end - B4X
Mobile apps - B4X
AI - B4X
Games - B4X
Database access - B4X
Desktop solutions - B4X...
