I suppose that you tried the download link from the online booklet.
Unfortunately, the external links don't work in the online booklets.
If you download the pdf booklet it works.

Sure it is !

It was just an explanation why the download link probably didn't work.
Before posting my previous post I retested the link in the pdf booklet to be sure that it works.

Is 3.1 the latest version? The bottom of page 19 in the guide makes reference to 3.2.
