Android Question why App not appearing on Galaxy tab3, DUOS.. but appearing on some mobiles

i Wrote two applications one is appearing on all mobile and tab 3 which i have access but other application is not appearing on tab3 and duo
i checked both manifest file bot has the same
both applications are appearing on playstore on note 3 and note 10.1 2014....

pls help me
