B4J Question Why does B4j v5 try and access network resources on port 58914 when you install it?

I have just installed B4J v5 and I get a warning from Semantic that the application is doing an outbound UDP call on port 58914. Why?

Isn't that the address the debugger uses ?
(just checked it uses 59812 with a couple of other ports too.)

It is related to the UDP auto discovery feature added to the IDE.
It only sends a ping message in the local network.
