Are you sure the icon meets the requirements? The size must be what the compiler expects or it won't show

Open Objects\res\drawable.
Do you see the icon file? Is it named icon.* (lower case)?

thank you, Cableguy and Erel. The icon.jpg is right there and it is 737X737X96dpi. is it ok?

let me have a try to change it to 32X32X72.
