Android Question why my app display title in notification bar

I create a service to download message via httpjob by posting string to webservice.
In my phone（Android 4.2.2）, there isn't app title display in notification bar.
but in other phone(Android 5.0.2)，the app title display in there("GPRO PRODUCTION",see abnormal.jpg).And the title will be refresh every 5 seconds.

why?
How to avoid it?
please help me.

Please use File - Export as zip when uploading projects.

You should call Service.StopForeground in JobDone.
