Android Question Why this websites dont load at webview?

Hi all.
why this websites dont load on webview?
When i try loadurl show a white page

https://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br/Aplicacoes/SSL/ATCTA/CPF/ConsultaSituacao/ConsultaPublica.asp
https://servicossociais.caixa.gov.br/internet.do?segmento=CIDADAO01

the logs show

<html><head></head><body></body></html>

any error etc.. only a white page.
how can i force the webview to load this websites?

it is only on b4a, my friend tryed on phonegap and the website opens ok no problems.
how can i load this websites on b4a webview?

The website does not use a valid SSL certificate.
Maybe this is the problem.
In my PC browser i only can load this site if i put the url into the exceptionlist.

With the filter unchecked in the log I get the following for https://www.receita.fazenda.gov.br/Aplicacoes/SSL/ATCTA/CPF/ConsultaSituacao/ConsultaPublica.asp:

Failed to validate the certificate chain, error: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Trust anchor for certification path not found.

Very probably related to DonManfreds comment.
