There is a app available in playstore that does a mesh network.

Will it be possible in b4a to do a mesh network?

This is a built-in feature in Android.

I will be able to make the wifi mesh if i can setup wifi direct as a hotspot.
Need to have a wifi connection and a hotspot on one device like the app above does it.

I don't think that Wifi Direct is related here.

Then how do the app make 2 different wifi connections the same time?
one connection to connect to a wifi connection for internet and then create a wifi connection to share that same internet like a wifi repeater.

I haven't reverse engineered this app (and haven't even ran it).
I'm not 100% sure that this app doesn't share the cellular network on newer versions of Android.
