Android Question Wifi

Hello,

I need a code or library to list all the SSIDs available at my current location and connect to a selected SSID by entering its password. The code should work for both B4A and B4i. I'm willing to pay for help with this task.

It is not possible in iOS.
I'm not 100% sure about Android. There are several wifi related libraries. Newer versions of Android are more restricted.
