Android Question Windows server 2003 + web service+ b4a

Hi, I have a couple of quick and concise questions.

1) I could orientate in how to connect remotely, with a php or aspx script that is hosted on my server (Windows server 2003).

2)Could I connect to a local server (wamp) remotely (from the web) that I have hosted on Windows server 2003?

3) Could you somehow associate my windows server 2003 server with any domain or sub-domain? I say to connect to the windows server through any of these addresses?

You can use B4J to build a web server.
In any case you can use OkHttpUtils2 to communicate with http servers.
