It shouldn't be difficult to implement this feature with File.ReadList.
Something like:

FillListView(ListView1, File.ReadList(File.DirAssets, "somefile.txt"))


Sub FillListView(lv As ListView, List1 As List)
    For i = 0 To List1.Size - 1
        lv.AddSingleLine(List1.Get(i))
    Next
End Sub

Erel, do you think about ScrollView.LoadFrom or ScrollView.Text ? I got problem with long text when put it to ScrollView.
