[WISH] - Spinner GetAll or ItemsCount Property

In Spinner there is an AddAll method, but it would interesting that existed the GetAll method or a ItemsCount property.

In a Spinner you have the Size property which is equivalent to your wish for ItemsCount.
A GetAll method doesn't exist, even in the original Android Spinner.
