Android Question work with firebaseadmob failed!

I have a problem with admob in this line gt error -IAd.Initialize("iad",inter)-

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Failed resolution of: Lcom/google/android/gms/ads/InterstitialAd;

How can resole this issue?

I Download project and change AppOpenAdUnit with a App ID and the bannerad with my banner and iad with my Interstitial but get error when click show ad in this line

iAd.LoadAd this is the error
java.lang.NullPointerException: AdUnitId cannot be null.
