I was looking on stackoverflow for some info on how to keep multiple services running, wanting to try and help in this thread (I usually look on b4x.com first; this time...not sure why I looked there first), I came across a piece of source code in which that WorkManager is used.
From what I've read, it seems to me very useful, important and not used in b4x (that is, there don't seem to be any libraries that use it)
Erel has always written that you can never be sure that the OS doesn't kill the app (more precisely the process) and I think that's absolutely true; but this WorkManager could be THE SOLUTION, or not?
[I have to admit I haven't searched for WorkManager on b4x yet, which I am about to do now]
P.S. https://developer.android.com/topic...WZi3GxEhoCqU0QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&authuser=1
