Wish Wrapper for Face++

I´m not able to create a wrapper but i´m willed to give a donation for a wrapper

PS: They write on their webpage that the service is now 100% free

I never finished that lib, I'll have to take a look at some old code, wasn't sure people would be interested.

I'm not promising anything by the way.
