B4J Question write values on the excel sheet row from time to time

I need to write 4 values in 4 different cells on Excel, in the examples I only find filling from arrays and for next, is it possible to have the possibility of writing the values in the first useful row?

You can write single cells with XLUtils.

First read the sheet.
Find the last row.
Then write the new cells.
