Android Question writing in the root of internal storage

I succesfully write a text file and created a sqlite database at the root of external sd.

Is it possible to create a text file or sqlite database in the root or ant folder of an internal storage?
If yes how?

Yes - use File.DirInternal to get the folder used to save application specific data. I suspect you may not be 100% clear on what "external storage" vs "internal storage" actually is, so you might want to read this -> https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/data/data-storage.
