I'm really interested in XLUtils, so there are a lot of questions.

No, but if you set it at the beginning of each paragraph it will affect all text.
If you are making a large document then it will be best to use a variable for this:

$"[p]${FontSettingStart}



${FontSettingEnd}[/p]"$

This will make it simple to change the settings.
