Android Question Xml Problem

Can someone explain me how do I make my app get this things:

<things2>trla</things2>
<things2>trla</things2>
</all>

And where do I write this?
On a txt file?
On another kind of file?
Please help

@James Chamblin , Actually he is not a licensed user so he cannot download additional libraries.

@Lucas Thomé , you can parse XML with the XML parser like James already stated.
For the rest you should read the Beginners guide (you will find a lot of answers there).
Using the forums search is also a GOOD idea. Everything you have asked will find an answer with the site search.
