which sdk must i select for xoom and is the emulator working fast enough

to show the 1280x800 resolution

The values are 1280x800, scale=1. If you want to use the emulator then you will need to download SDK level 12 or 13. This emulator (which is part of the official Android SDK) is extremely slow. I wouldn't use it except for designing.
