B4J Question XUI Example

I have downloaded the XUI Example and the XUI View.b4xlib file.
In B4A I have put XUI View.b4xlib file into the B4A Libraries Folder, run the B4A Example Project - All works perfectly

I am experimenting with B4J (Had absolutely nothing working so far in J - always some block)

In B4J I have put XUI View.b4xlib file into the B4J Libraries Folder, run the B4J Example Project - the XUI is not visible in the libraries list, and it all fails -XUI Missing

Any ideas please

I dont recall downloading a newer version of B4J for a year or two - could this be the problem ?

What version of B4J are you using? B4X Libraries where introduced in v.7.00.

As B4X matures, more and more reusable components are written in B4X directly. In most cases it is simpler to implement the logic in B4X directly and the code can be cross platform. Especially with the relatively new XUI library. Standard libraries will never be cross platform as they are...

Anyway, you should work with the last version (8.50).

In the latest B4X versions, XUI Views is an internal library.
Therefore you should not copy the XUI Views.b4xlib files somewhere else in an AdditionalLibraries folder.

Yes. Download the latest version and everything will work.

You don't need to add any library. XUI and XUI Views are internal libraries.
