Youtube video not staying inside webview

I'm not really sure how to explain this other than also posting a video to show the problem.

I have a WebView on a TabHost. I've been able to browse just about anything but then discovered this problem where the YouTube video does not want to stay in the WebView when you scroll the webpage.
