Android Question recognize when opened from recent apps

Hi,
i have searched but without success.
Is it possible to recognize if my app is opened from icon or from recent apps menu?
Both case fire Activity_Resume and i cannot recognize if the app is opened from normal icon
or from recent apps menu.

Otherwise is it possible to prevent having an app listed in recent apps?

Add this to the manifest editor:

SetActivityAttribute(Main, android:excludeFromRecents, "true")

I don't think that it is possible to distinguish between the two options.
