All rows share the same height. You can change the row height and call Table.Refresh. My guess is that the result will not be good as it will make the UI jumpy.

I can change the height alright,
but some records of the table are a 1-2 words and some other are more words, so the data are truncated (if the data are a lot of words)
or
the height of rows seem too big (if the data are smaller)
