This is the 1st ever photo uploaded on the Internet. They were four girls working in CERN that have formed a music group. They took a photo of themselves and uploaded it on the Internet. The group name was 'Les Horibles Cernettes' which is translated as 'The horrible girls of CERN'. They thought it would be funny to upload a photo after a live performance with the clothes they were wearing during this live. The photo was posted in 1992. From left to right: Angela Higney, Michele de Gennaro, Colette Marx-Neilsen, Lynn Veronneau. They have gotten quite famous in the geeks of the era and were called often to perform in universities and scientific conferences.
