we have libgdx and from what i see is libgdx much more powerful.

It is not "my topic", so I do not know which is better.

I found that stuff through this page; if it may be useful, good (only now I realized that is 5 years ago software).

Another vote here for libgdx. I have tried andengine but libgdx just feels much easier to use and more like a complete game engine.

there is a B4A lib based on AndEngine but I doubt it supports the angry birds like physics.
