B4J Question [ABMaterial] How to move components from one RC to another RC during runtime?

Hi there

What is the best way to move a component from one location to another? As an example, I define a component and place it in R2C1

When I click a button, I want to move that component from R2C1 to R3C4?

Is that possible? Can someone please advice?

page.Row(3).Cell(1).RemoveAllComponents ' clear all in this row / cell

page.Row(3).Cell(4).AddComponent(cont1)

I don't think you can copy (move) the component, you must remove and re-create in the new cell.

If you have just one row, and Cell(1) doesn't have anything in it, the previous width of C1 will be collapsed.
