B4J Question [ABMaterial] need to collect timezoneoffset

Trying to get the time zone offset of a client connected to my ABMaterial web app. Found some likely javascript that will do it but can't get that to execute properly on the web client. Looked at the inline java example but I can't figure out which javaobject.initialize variant to use and what class to feed it. Hint?

Inline java is not relevant.

You can run any JavaScript you like with ws.EvalWithResult.
