Acces and Split

Is it possible to use a database "access" downloaded and use the "Split" function which exists in Visual Basic?

I think you will need to explain more what you need. Do you mean an Access .mdb database and if so what does "split" have to do with it

I have to develop an application that downolads and uses a database "access" (database.mdb). There are records of type "memo" I need to extract using the "Split" function from VB6.
Is it possible to use a database "access" and what is the function with Basic4 Androide equivalent to the "Split" function in VB6?

My new Jackcess library should let you retrieve your Memo fields as Strings. Regex.Split should split them.

I cannot add Jackcces library. What are the steps to do it. Where is libraries folder? I have created one and put *.jar and *.xml but library doesn't appears in referenced libraries when I load JackcessDemo.b4a .

An additional libraries folder lets you keep libraries separately from the official libraries distributed with Basic4android. It can be called whatever you want. Tell the IDE where to look by Tools -> Configure Paths.
