Android Question Activity height on the emulator Genymotion

Hello!
Tell me why the sizes on the device and the emulator do not match at the same density of 320-XHDPI?
For example, for HTC ONE X 4.7 ″ 720x1280, on the device the Activity height is 1134, and on the emulator 1038.

The exact size is meaningless. Use anchors and designer script to build a layout that handles all screen sizes.

The exact height is never needed. You should learn how to use anchors.
