Android Question Activity height on the emulator Genymotion

Hello!
Tell me why the sizes on the device and the emulator do not match at the same density of 320-XHDPI?
For example, for HTC ONE X 4.7 ″ 720x1280, on the device the Activity height is 1134, and on the emulator 1038.

Thanks, but unfortunately, I need the exact dimensions on the panel in TabHost ...
