Is it possible to add a icon in a activity title ?

You can use a actionbar and set the title to not show...
In this actionbar you can put a icon (or even more)

AHActionBar for ex.

Which icon are you referring to? A menu icon?

This is the app icon. It you want to show a different icon then you can use StdActionBar library.
