Android Question Adding SDK Packages

I'm following the indications of:
Adding SDK Packages

but:

Android Suppor Library is already installed;
Android Suppor Repository don't appears in the list.

also these two extras do not appear in the list.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I forgot to specify that I do not have those files in the SDK Manager list.

I have written simply "list"

Try to update Android SDK Manager. Google play services should be listed there.
